Personal are very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm not sure the purpose of a 7:30 appointment for a recall when the mechanic doesn't get there until 8. Just as a note, I didn't see anyone trying to keep the waiting area clean and with the pandemic you might consider putting in some practices where the area that someone was sitting be wiped clean after they leave.
