Do not understand why it cost $392.00 to install side rails. Truck was in the shop for a little over 1 hrs. I’ll never have accessories put on at your dealership again. I've only taken my car to the dealership for my service needs. I'm very disappointed that my complaints were not accurately documented when I needed them the most. I've told them about several issues I've had since I purchased my car (brand new off the lot), but when Chrysler contacted Brewbaker (in hopes of receiving help with fixing my car), there was only about 1 documented issue associated with transmission issues. I thought that having my vehicle serviced at the dealership was the best and safest option. I felt that I could trust the mechanics and service department to thoroughly do their jobs, I have since learned otherwise. I've met several people who have the same concerns as I have. While standing at the service counter of another shop talking about my car, there was a woman standing behind me who knew exactly which service department I was talking about when I told of my concerns. More
My service experience was bad. I made an appointment to have my truck checked for the radiator reservoir, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told it would be 5 days before my truck could be seen have my truck checked for the radiator reservoir, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told it would be 5 days before my truck could be seen. I asked what was the purpose of making the appointment? The manager finally got involved and took my truck. Finally, 5 or 6 days later I received a text that my vehicle was complete. I picked it up and before I could make it to work, it was doing the same thing. It is currently back in the shop. Service department is not friendly or helpful. I am sure thus isn't the first time you have heard this. More
Truck would not start when I stopped for fuel after after leaving your service department. I never had this happen in 27k miles before I brought it in.
