Made an appointment for 15 April 2024 a few weeks in advance regarding issues with my 2023 Gladiator (first complementary oil change, tire rotation, valvetrain noises, misfire/stumbling, Bluetooth conce advance regarding issues with my 2023 Gladiator (first complementary oil change, tire rotation, valvetrain noises, misfire/stumbling, Bluetooth concerns). Dropped my truck off at the date and time scheduled (no loaners available). My mileage at drop off was 6399. They changed the oil on day one because I noticed the Jeep app showed 100% oil life. I called that afternoon and my advisor said they had not had a chance to look at the other issues and promised they would look at it the next day. I called them the next day around noon and they said the technician was unable to reproduce any of the issues and there were no codes for misfires, etc. and said it was ready for pickup. The mileage at pickup was 6400. I drove it straight home (no stops or incidents) and the mileage was 6405. The next morning (today) I was loading the kids up for school when I saw huge gashes and scratches on my passenger rear fender. I am certain this damage occurred at the dealership because I took it straight home and parked it without incidents. I called the service manager this morning 17 April 2024 and he asked me to bring it up to the shop to be looked at. He noted they are "pretty honest" and would have notified me if they did the damage but I am honest also and the damage didn't occur with me in the very short time I had it back and minimal drive time before noticing the damage. At this point I am awaiting a resolution for this inconvenience and damage to my newly purchased Gladiator. I do not want conflict with the shop which I would work regularly with to service my truck but here we are. Please make sure to inspect your vehicle before leaving the service lane. This is another inconvenience and the value of my truck is depreciated that much more due to this damage. Dealership admitted fault and stated they were going to tell me but I left with the vehicle already. No phone call any other notification was given until I discovered the damage myself. Resolution from management is pending and I will update my review at that time. More
Called before first visit for a basic oil change was given a price. Once service was given a totally higher amount. Called the service manager to ask why an employee would give the wrong amount for the given a price. Once service was given a totally higher amount. When I came to pick up my Jeep, they could not find the paper work or my keys. This was after they called me twice to come pick up my Jeep,also I didn't like the fact that I was told that you had to keep m paper work or my keys.
