I have had great experience with Brewbaker service. They take care of all my concerns and provide great customer service. Personal are very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm not sure the purpose of a 7:30 appointment for a recall when the mechanic doesn't get there until 8. I will say that I was not aware that I was suppos sure the purpose of a 7:30 appointment for a recall when the mechanic doesn't get there until 8. I will say that I was not aware that I was supposed to leave my car and return to pick it up later in the day and I think they tried hard to get me out. Just as a note, I didn't see anyone trying to keep the waiting area clean and with the pandemic you might consider putting in some practices where the area that someone was sitting be wiped clean after they leave. It good to deal with ,sometimes I have a problem with them when I get my oil change, it seems to be low before the time it need to be change , sometimes I've to buy 2 to 3 quart of oil because I thin them when I get my oil change, it seems to be low before the time it need to be change , sometimes I've to buy 2 to 3 quart of oil because I think they donot put enough in it.i never had problems before they hire new peoples. I ask the question do not know how to fill the oil up after change? It really need to stop!!! More

Then I get an e-mail from Bobby Moore that my auto is overdue for it's 1st service. I call and get a voicemail, leave a message to make an appointment, 2 days later I have a vm that says I don't need an appointment. Just bring it in. I bring it in at 12:54, I have a coupon, I am told they don't carry that oil so no discount. Then they tell me I could go somewhere else cheaper. I tell them I want it there and when I brought up a few concerns they tell me they don't have time. They would take 45 mins for oil change, nothing more! After 1hour and 50 minutes I go to the service dept. I ask if I can pay for it and have someone see if it's near ready. I waited 11 minutes at the pay window with no one there, Travis then said he'd ring me up. He goes to check on the car and says it will be just a few minutes. 15 minutes later I get his attention and he tells me they didn't even have the oil filter needed so they had to find one! I think k they should have told me that at the start, I could have either set up another appointment or taken it elsewhere. Another 10 minutes pass and finally out of the bay the young man pulls it behind another car gets out. I say excuse me I can't get out here? He was so rude, says,"You can reverse out lady." I was really upset. Why would I ever return? Why would I buy another auto from you, when I know you don't care about me as a customer or my money? I won't even recommend any part of your business. I'll treat you like you treated me. I was told I didn't need anything else till 10,000 miles. Really? Then why are you telling me in e-mails I do?? I am so upset. You need a MAJOR PERSONNEL OVERHAUL.
