My oil change was done well. I was told up front that it would be a 2.5 hr wait and had planned ahead to have a ride home to wait. I don't think I've had an easier car buying experience. I found a used car on the Brewbaker website, I sent them an email. I heard from a sales person the next day. We negotiated & settled on a price. I left to go to work & came back at the end of the day to settle up. My paperwork was ready, the business manager was ready. I signed some paperwork & left. If I added up all the time I spent at the dealership, from the test drive, to the negotiations, to the signing of papers; I was probably there for a little over an hour.
