I've only taken my car to the dealership for my service needs. I'm very disappointed that my complaints were not accurately documented when I needed them the most. I've told them about several issues I've had since I purchased my car (brand new off the lot), but when Chrysler contacted Brewbaker (in hopes of receiving help with fixing my car), there was only about 1 documented issue associated with transmission issues. I thought that having my vehicle serviced at the dealership was the best and safest option. I felt that I could trust the mechanics and service department to thoroughly do their jobs, I have since learned otherwise. I've met several people who have the same concerns as I have. While standing at the service counter of another shop talking about my car, there was a woman standing behind me who knew exactly which service department I was talking about when I told of my concerns. My service experience was bad. I made an appointment to have my truck checked for the radiator reservoir, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told it would be 5 days before my truck could be seen have my truck checked for the radiator reservoir, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told it would be 5 days before my truck could be seen. I asked what was the purpose of making the appointment? The manager finally got involved and took my truck. Finally, 5 or 6 days later I received a text that my vehicle was complete. I picked it up and before I could make it to work, it was doing the same thing. It is currently back in the shop. Service department is not friendly or helpful. I am sure thus isn't the first time you have heard this. More
