When it comes to customer satisfaction, they are the top! They are fair in their dealing, and never pressure you into something that you do not want or are not ready for. yearly maintenance I was able to get my service appointment in a reasonable time, just before a road trip to the Mississippi (which included some "rustic" roads). Always great to be there. Going to Sommers is a great trip. Never feel like your being ripped off.
