I have been very please with my service at Sommers. I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Very happy with the tire change. Got a good price for very high rated tires for all weather driving. I appreciate the follow-up from Sommers after we had an unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The first person who jumped the battery did not explain that when we came to a stop sign, unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The second person who had us follow his two truck to Auto Zone had a lot of difficulty finding our location while we were stuck in traffic. I did have a check-up before we left for Florida & never saw any indication that the battery had expired. I know that if this situation had happened in Mequon, Sommers would have handled the situation more favorably. Joanne Ksicinski More

Firstly, I like how I have been treated at Sommers. But on the last oil change, the "Need an oil change" dashboard notice was not reset. Bought our 2023 GMC Canyon Elevation in July. The day of delivery we were told that they noticed a right upper light clip was missing and it needed to be installed. The service department would take care of it and call us when the part came in. Two weeks ago we brought our truck in because we had issues with windows that go down and don't go back up. We had to shut engine off and start again for the window to go back up. Along with that problem we also told the service department at times both blind spot detection lights would illuminate when there was no car there. Sometimes staying on for 2-3 minutes. Sunny and rainy weather it has occurred. We also reminded them about the front light clip. The service manager was perplexed and told us that we could get that fixed at any GM body shop in the area and they couldn't fix it there. So here we are almost 3 months of owning the truck and we were first told this ! We had the truck in all day. We pick it up and the service department tells us they could not find ANYTHING wrong with the truck Were treated like it was operator error. So we take it to a service department in Sheboygan and guess what? EVERTHING we stated wrong with the truck they found there was certainly an issue ! The windows are fixed. The side mirrors they had to order a new part and the light clip they can also fix! VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Not only were we inconvenienced but we were treated it was our fault. Makes us wonder if they even looked at our truck in the first place. From now on we will take our truck to Sheboygan for service . More
