The girl that was assigned to me was awesome. Great customer service. However I asked about a few rust spots on my 2019 forester and she told me that rust warranty is only for three years. I have been very please with my service at Sommers. I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Technician found that the track was dirty causing the problem, cleaned the track and t I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Very happy with the tire change. Got a good price for very high rated tires for all weather driving. I appreciate the follow-up from Sommers after we had an unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The first person who jumped the battery did not explain that when we came to a stop sign, unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The second person who had us follow his two truck to Auto Zone had a lot of difficulty finding our location while we were stuck in traffic. I did have a check-up before we left for Florida & never saw any indication that the battery had expired. I know that if this situation had happened in Mequon, Sommers would have handled the situation more favorably. Joanne Ksicinski More
