I took my new Subaru Impreza here 19 times over the past four years for routine maintenance a : THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU OR YOUR CAR! I took my new Subaru Impreza here 19 times over the past four years for routine maintenance and check ups. They neglected critical maintenance on my vehicle and wanted to charge me over $10K for them to repair it! 10K for their mistake! On a four year old car! This whole situation has been a complete nightmare. Beware, if you're looking at spending extra when buying a car hoping to get a reliable vehicle, it's very likely that Sommer's Subaru will screw you over instead. More

Your on the floor, customer focused staff are great! . However, if you truly value your customers, you would install automatic doors to enter the facility rather than making some customers POUND on the . To PULL open such IS NOT feasible for ALL of your customers. You had to get rid of carwash driers b/c neighbor complaints. How about being considerate of you shoppers and purchasers and make entry easier and less embarassing?? More

We have worked with this place for years and have been impressed with their very helpful, respectful, and problem-solving service department people. The girl that was assigned to me was awesome. Great customer service. However I asked about a few rust spots on my 2019 forester and she told me that rust warranty is only for three years. I have been very please with my service at Sommers. I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Technician found that the track was dirty causing the problem, cleaned the track and t I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up.
