I just want to say that I was completely satisfied with my recent visit to Sommers. I had to have a few things fixed on my car and Hector was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. H my recent visit to Sommers. Hector seemed genuinely concerned about the problems that I was experiencing with my car and ensured that I left there 100% happy with the service. I WAS BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE. I WAS TO TAKE MY MOTHER FROM A HOSPITAL TO A NURSING HOME 200 MILES AWAY THE NEXT MORNING. I purchased a pre-owned 2005 Cadillas SRX. After about a month or so, the front turn signals ceased working. Well, I must say it was great to receive prompt and courteous service. Every experience I've had with the Sommer dealership has been exemplary. I had already made up my mind to buy a Subaru and researched local dealerships. Service: I have had to cover the delays, but not the cost of "moon" roof repairs. I was not aware that the "moon" roof was an after market add-on. A Leak in the A/C system was evedent from the very start. I needed to pay for the refill & check. Advised to have brake pads repalced about a year ago.......A 2nd opinion by a personal friend told me then and again this Fall that brakes are fine and should last for at least another year from now. routine Service has been good. Therefore only a "3" or "4" for service. More
I have a 2008 Subaru Legacy 2.5i SE which I purchased used in May 2010. The car has been great, but after the snow flew, I discovered that the tires I had on it (summer performance tires) were really not used in May 2010. The car has been great, but after the snow flew, I discovered that the tires I had on it (summer performance tires) were really not meant for snow in Wisconsin - even on an All-Wheel-Drive Subaru. I contacted Gary Mortag, and he researched options for me, and came up with a great solution. I now have my new tires on the vehicle, and am ready to go with all the snow Wisconsin can throw at me! Gary and the service team at Sommers are the best! More
