Body Shop work at Sommers In late December, I suffered my 1st ever car-deer encounter and my car lost. After contacting my American Family Insurance agent, I learned that Sommer's Buick, GMC Subaru was an authorized body shop and decided to give them a try, Although i've been a Mequon resident forover 5 years, I've never purchased a car at Sommer's or used hem for service. My entire experience with Sommer's body shop and its manager, Scott was terrific. He had someone assess the dmage as soon as I arrived (luckily the car was driveable) and took care of all the paperwork with American Family. He also explained the two best options for the repair and assured me that "he and his experienced staff would take good care of my car." They provided a loaner when needed at no cost and returned my car, when promised, and in very clean condition. Although I've owned the car since new and am very familiar with every crease and angle, I can't detect any obvious sign of repair work and couldn't be more pleased with the results. After this experience, I'd recommend Sommer's to anyone, especially those in need of body work, and will give them every opportunity to sell me my next vehicle. Norm More

Even though I did not purchase my car at Sommer's, I took it in for some paint touch-up work because it is located close to where we live. The work was done on time and for a very reasonable price. In particular I want to compliment Steve Rahlf, body shop estimator. He is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff people I have ever dealt with at any dealership. More
Poor Service 7/29/14 Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Called at 2:05 pm and car still not looked at. Dealer returns call at 3:26 pm and states car is done and nothing wrong. Did standard oil change verses requested synthetic oil change and determined vibration in steering wheel was acceptable. After poor survey manager would like to follow up with me. Now 8/13/14 and no follow up. This explains the service. More
I have had nothing but great experiences with Andy Johnson when I take my car in for service. He is very personable and treats me with respect and answers all my questions that I have about my car. I brought my buick in to sommer's because my friend recomended the body shop. I met Andy and several other employees, they were all very helpful and very nice. While on the road for a business trip I experienced mechanical trouble with my Yukon. I had to be at a 9:00 am meeting and on the road again after the meeting by 1:00 pm. I called Sommer's at 7:00 in t mechanical trouble with my Yukon. I had to be at a 9:00 am meeting and on the road again after the meeting by 1:00 pm. I called Sommer's at 7:00 in the morning and they had me immediately drive the Yukon to the dealership. They got my Yukon to a mechanic and myself in a brand new Arcadia on my way to my meeting in literally 10 MINUTES!!!! The service was so fast I had to stop at a Starbuck's to kill time prior to my 9:00 am meeting. While still at my meeting, Gary called me at 10:00 am to inform me that my Yukon was fixed and ready to go.I was ot of my meeting and back on the road with my washed and dried (it look liked it had been detailed!!!)Yukon at 12:30, as originally planned. I was not delayed by one minute, attended my meeting and relaxed over a cup of coffee to kill time. Thank you Gary for the best service I've ever experienced. I was notified by one of your service personnel that a recall needed to be done on my vehicle. I had not planned on this and needed to be to work. He insured my that he would get me out ASAP so that I could get to work on time. As promised, I was on my way quickly and on time. I was very pleased with the service I received that day and as always. The service personnel are very kind and friendly. I am always greeted by many of the service personnel and thanked upon leaving. I actually enjoy bringing my vehicle in. The type of service I received is commonplace for this dealership. I have been taking my vehicles to Sommer's for 4-5 years now and just purchased a vehicle from them about a year ago and have received nothing but the best from them. They make me feel respected and appreciated. That says a lot, coming from a female, because I have been to many dealerships and service shops. I have not had this level of respect, friendliness, and appreciation before Sommer's. More
I just want to say that I was completely satisfied with my recent visit to Sommers. I purchased a pre-owned 2005 Cadillas SRX. After about a month or so, the front turn signals ceased working. Well, I must say it was great to receive prompt and courteous service.
