When we went to the dreaded back room to finish the paperwork, and finalize the deal, we were met with a smile and professionalism. We weren't pressured to purchase add-ons as is so common at many other dealerships. We received a thorough explanation of our financing and there were no surprises. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Sommer's to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More

Our local dealership was stodgy, handed us the keys and said take it for a drive, no explanations of the car functionality or interior at all...... Sommers is in a whole different Galaxy. We received a quote from the online advisor and decided to make the jaunt to Mequon for a test drive. From the moment we met Brandon Springer we knew this would be a great experience. We stopped for some refreshments and then sat to talk about the car. He took us to the showroom model and began going over the features of the Legacy. It was great learning more about the car, rather than standing in front of a touch screen trying to learn and pick out features of the car....... He was a breath of fresh air! The test drive was enjoyable for all of us including our 13 year old whom Brandon made part of the drive. We were never pressured about the purchasing of the Legacy. This was a great day, from Brandon to Michael Christiano. Let me tell you, Michael works hard for his customers. We left with our first Subaru and a great feeling. Hmmm maybe the Sommers car family should create a car dealership class on how to treat a customer, so many of you could learn a thing or two..... Would we recommend Sommers Subaru...... When we picked up the car, we met with Craig Knabe whom I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. He took a lot of time to go through every detail of the vehicle but he wasn't the only one who impressed us. From the receptionist to the finance department, everyone was so friendly and professional. Sommer's wasn't the closest Subaru dealership for us and was the first time we purchased a car from them but it won't be our last. Well worth our 90 mile drive. I don't think we could have asked for a less stress-free buying experience! Troy and Michael stayed late on a Friday night for us so we could test-drive the car and get all our paperwork started. Troy was especially helpful in explaining different features of the car and making us feel comfortable with our purchase. Michael was able to match the interest rate we were quoted by the bank, and ensured we understood every piece of our financing and coverage. The crew at Sommer's was AWESOME and I'd definitely go back for all my Subaru needs. Thanks y'all! More

After being treated with the high pressure, do and say anything to land a sale approach, I was prepared for the same but that never happened here. From the beginning, Scott Sutton treated me like a potential client that wanted to earn my business not just push me into something to get that sale. Even though the car I test drove a few times wasn't the exact one for me, Scott could respect that decision. He offered me other options that he had available and I never felt pressured. It was a very relaxing while still being a professional experience. If they had the right car for me, I would have been happy to give Scott my business. More

I was provided a very fair price over the phone and could not turn it down. With such a fair price, I did not feel the need to negotiate or waste time looking at other dealerships. It was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I have had. The team provided a review of the car features at the time of pick-up and have responded to e-mails with further inquiries.
