sold me a lemon Feb of 16 I bought a 09 arcadia from them. 4 days later it started misfiring on me and the engine light came on. Called the sales man took car in and Feb of 16 I bought a 09 arcadia from them. 4 days later it started misfiring on me and the engine light came on. Called the sales man took car in and they replaced the timing chain, picked car back up and on the way home started doing the same thing called back, took truck back again and it was now one of the ignition coils were bad, So they replaced it with no charge to any of the work, Then a few months later it started happing again, and at this time I asked to be taken out of this car and wanted a different one, and also at this time the brake switch went . and now this is in May of 16 . the sales man was working with me to get me out of the vehicle but came back and said that that bank was going to double my interest rate so I would not be able to afford a different vehicle, Instead they replaced 2 more ignition coils and the brake switch. for no charge, I wanted them to change all the coils but they said the other ones were fine. So now here we are beginning of January 17 and the car started doing the same thing again, I took it to my mechanic and he said that it was the coils again, I called Summer and took the car back again, now being the 4th time for the same thing in less then a year, They come back and say that it is now the other 3 coils, and the catalytic converter, and that I needed some other serving and it would cost me $3200.00 and that that was nothing they could do because it was the other coils that were bad and they couldn't get me out of the car cause I had put to many miles on it. I then did not have the work done there but took to my mechanic and he said that It was #5 again which was replaced once already by Sommers but they never said that that one was bad again. 5 out of 6 coils have now been replaced and one of them twice.It was also replaced by an aftermarket part not a gm part. and I just found out that the brake switch is bad again which they also replaced once, I have not had this car for even a year yet and has been nothing but trouble for me I also do not live close to the dealership so it also have been a huge inconvenience for me to travel back and forth. In the beginning they were very helpful with the problems but now since I have put on some miles to the car they will no longer help. I have been a loyal customer this is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them and would have gone back in the future but now I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More

Molly was very prompt, taking the time to answer all of my questions (and there were many). When we were introduced to Alex he was thorough and professional right from the start; communicating regularly through phone and email to make sure we were set by the time we arrived at the dealership. We arrived on what was clearly a busy day and though Alex had a lot going on he made sure to keep us informed touching base regularly with updates until our scheduled time. When we did meet with him he took the time to fully explain everything in an honest, straight forward manner which I appreciated. Buying a new vehicle is a time consuming process but Alex made it seamless and his follow-up after the sale was prompt. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sommer's; both Molly and Alex were phenomenal to work with. We will definitely be going back. More

The car I wanted wasn't available at Sommmers and Alex went out of his way to find the one I wanted and keep me informed of the status and eventual arrival. When it did arrive, he took the time to fully explain how everything worked and even helped program and sync my phone. I cannot emphasize enough how much I was pleased not only by the car, which I love, but by the professional, knowledgable, and friendly service I received from Alex. Best Purchase Experience Ever! I admit that purchasing a car is very stressful to me (been doing it for a long time) and I normally will delay purchasing as long as possible. However, my experience with Sommer's Automotive, specifically, Brandon Springer (sales) and Michael Christiano (finance) exceeded all my expectations and laid to rest my life-long fear of purchasing vehicles. This is the dealer for me. They sensed my fear/stress and did everything possible to lay waste to my fears and decrease my stress throughout the entire process. If you are a woman, and find purchasing a vehicle overwhelming, as I use to, this is the dealership to go to. Their patience, their ability to break things down for me so that I could understand what vehicles best matched my needs, and the level of respect shown to me, made my experience at Sommer's Automotive the best ever! And just think I drove away in an awesome new Outback which is just the icing on this grandma's cake! I can't thank Brandon and Michael enough for their attention to detail, fantastic communications skills, and the level of integrity they each bring to their jobs.
