Two years later, we had already hit 36,000 miles on odometer, and about to lose our factory bumper to bumper coverage. After finding out the coverage we got mailed covered "basics" and not all the gizmos ("eyesight", etc.) we went back to Sommers to discuss with them. Anthony and Michael in the finance department were most helpful and showed us the different plans. We got the plan we needed to cover the basics and electronics at a fair price. Shout out to you, Michael for walking us through it. More

Omar (salesman), took the time to go online to compare the other cars I was considering. Test drive was no pressure, he wanted to know what I was looking for, not telling me this was the perfect car(how many times have I heard that?). I really enjoyed talking with Omar. They offer great extra warranty options separately or none at all, no pressure. Doing the paperwork was a snap. Michael (business manager) was very accommodating with payment options and knew the process step by step, making sure I knew what each piece of paper was and that I was comfortable with my purchase. Couldn't be happier with the experience, I look forward to going back when I want to buy/trade-in for a new model. More

Sommer's Subaru excel i I think one of the best measures of performance is how a dealer/service department responds, when an unusual issue crops up. Sommer's Subaru excel in this regard. I recently had an issue with intermittent power steering on startup. Sommer's service department took the time to find the root cause and fix it, asking for help from the tech line and Engineering as needed. I was able to use a loaner car during the repair, and of course it was fixed under warranty. The 2016 Impreza is my 3rd Subaru bought or leased from Sommer's. Though problems have been relatively rare in general, Sommer's have gone out of their way not only to make effective repairs, but also to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly for Service (and Sales). More
