We targeted a Subaru SUV for our next auto. We chose Sommers for its location and inventory options. After we arrived and looked around a little, Jim approached in the lot and introduced himsel We chose Sommers for its location and inventory options. After we arrived and looked around a little, Jim approached in the lot and introduced himself. We found him to be informative, personable, and low pressure. He inquired about our wants and needs and since there wasn't a vehicle on the lot that fit our needs, he said he would contact us if something became available. A couple of weeks later, he contacted us with info on 2021 Outback. A couple of days later we owned the Outback. We were very pleased with the buying process because Jim never pressured us, always keeping us informed as to what was next. It was a very satisfying buying experience. More

We've purchased or leased 3 Subarus from Jim and had a great experience each time. He arranged test drives to first our schedule and even stayed late for us.
