Very happy with the tire change. Got a good price for very high rated tires for all weather driving. I appreciate the follow-up from Sommers after we had an unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The first person who jumped the battery did not explain that when we came to a stop sign, unfortunate situation with a dead battery here in Florida. The first person who jumped the battery did not explain that when we came to a stop sign, the car would die. We had to call for another two truck. The second person who had us follow his two truck to Auto Zone had a lot of difficulty finding our location while we were stuck in traffic. I did have a check-up before we left for Florida & never saw any indication that the battery had expired.
