A smooth and easy purchase I knew I wanted an outback because the vehicle needed to be able to tow at least 2000 pounds and the awd drive was the added feature I wanted. I test drove two very different Subaru models and he was able to help me understand what the differences would mean for me, given my stated driving needs.
