The girl that was assigned to me was awesome. Great customer service. However I asked about a few rust spots on my 2019 forester and she told me that rust warranty is only for three years. Not v Great customer service. However I asked about a few rust spots on my 2019 forester and she told me that rust warranty is only for three years. Not very logical since cars don’t rust in three years! I have had three forresters and never had rust. I think Subaru should fix it. More

I have been very please with my service at Sommers. I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Technician found that the track was dirty causing the problem, cleaned the track and t I was having a problem with one window that would not stay up. Technician found that the track was dirty causing the problem, cleaned the track and told me how I could clean it if it ever happens again - no charge. Very impressed. Thank you! More
