A good honest man selling a great product! I have never enjoyed working with a car salesman, never even thought it could be possible, as much as I have with Don. I enjoy an occasional phone call with him from time to time to talk about cars as well as families, weather, as well as a good joke. I am driving , with great pleasure, a new Outback. I have been sold on Subarus for 18 years and would never think of owning another brand. Especially since experiencing a bad accident, a t-bone that resulted in a rollover. Firemen extracted me from it and I walked away without a bruise. That car saved my life. ('15 Outback) Hats off to Sommers, and for hiring Don Ciardo. More

Great person to work with! Don has always been helpful even now 3 years later. Steve Hanke was our sales person and from the minute we met him, he treated my 72 year old Mom and I with kindness, professionalism and respect. He took the time to actually explain who Subaru is as a company and how their cars are designed, in a way that we could understand. Steve was never, ever pushy, never made us feel rushed or like he was desperate for our business, as some salespeople are. He wanted to make sure the Subaru was a good fit for US, not just because he wanted a sale. Not only did my Mom end up buying a Forester, but I ended up with an Outback, with all the credit to Steve. Two Subarus so far We currently own a Legacy and an Outback and purchased them both from Sommer's with Adam as our salesperson. The experience both times was wonderful. It was hard to even consider other makes/models since we knew that we would walk away from Sommer's feeling great about our purchase. Adam is completely transparent through the process and informs rather than influences the customer's ultimate decision. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Subaru vehicles and I believe that part of that enjoyment is due to the initial experience. I feel confident that we will return to Adam and Sommers for another vehicle in the future. More
