Steve Hanke was our sales person and from the minute we met him, he treated my 72 year old Mom and I with kindness, professionalism and respect. He took the time to actually explain who Subaru is as a company and how their cars are designed, in a way that we could understand. Steve was never, ever pushy, never made us feel rushed or like he was desperate for our business, as some salespeople are. He wanted to make sure the Subaru was a good fit for US, not just because he wanted a sale. Not only did my Mom end up buying a Forester, but I ended up with an Outback, with all the credit to Steve. More

Quick, honest, and kind I loved working with Craig. He worked hard to ensure that I was in the right car, but he also spent time connecting to me as a human being. It was hard to even consider other makes/models since we knew that we would walk away from Sommer's feeling great about our purchase. Adam is completely transparent through the process and informs rather than influences the customer's ultimate decision. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Subaru vehicles and I believe that part of that enjoyment is due to the initial experience. I feel confident that we will return to Adam and Sommers for another vehicle in the future. More

Great Experience! We worked with Brandon and he was wonderful! He's got a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. We were supposed to pick up my car at the end of April, but we worked around our schedule and allowed us to pick up the car earlier than originally planned. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were in and out within an hour and a half. Paperwork went smoothly with Rod from the finance department and afterwards Brandon gave me an in depth tour of the car, making sure I was comfortable with all the features and buttons. On top of that, Brandon was very involved after I purchased my lease, making sure that I wasn't having any troubles with my car and offering additional help if I had any questions. Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience here and we will be back! More
