I’ve always wanted a place I could continue to go to throughout The years. We stopped in at Sommer automotive in Mequon & met with Craig Knabe. He was very pleasant and professional. I could tell he was not going to be one of those salesman that told you what you want to hear. He was very truthful and far from pushy . After all was said and done I purchased the car I have wanted for a very long time! Thank you for the phenomenal deal on my Nissan juke 💕 I love it! Excellent experience with Joseph Pochert at Sommer's Joe was fun and easy to work with. He's followed up with me a few times since my purchase last year to make sure everything was good, and even noticed I was in for some scheduled maintenance the other day and followed up to make sure it went smoothly. I've even recommended Sommer's to some Subaru owning friends for maintenance, the service pricing was lower than expected, and the service was fast with none of the "oh, you need this extra work" that you can expect from private mechanics. To say I did my research before buying my new car would be an understatement. I poured through articles and watched about every YouTube video I could find to reinforce my decision to buy an Outback. I test drove some cars locally (Appleton) and contacted many dealers for some internet pricing to get an idea where to start more serious conversations. I was extremely fortunate to be contacted by Molly Berg, of Sommer's Customer Care Department. Molly was professional, courteous, prompt and friendly!! She answered any question I had with lightning speed, and returned my phone calls promptly and with a refreshingly positive attitude to boot!! Once I decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to visit Sommer's she also knew that Craig would be the perfect Salesman to put me in contact with. I arrived at the dealer first thing Saturday morning and met with Craig. We took a couple different vehicles for test drives and walked the lot talking about difference between models. Craig was patient beyond my expectations, allowing me time to think over each step of the process, and NEVER pressured me to make a choice. After much thought and deliberation we came to an agreement and shook hands to seal the deal. I had to return to pick up my new car a week later, and Craig came in several hours early to make sure he was there to deliver the vehicle to me personally. He walked me through all of the features of the car and made sure I didn't have any questions. He allowed me to inspect the vehicle and made sure all of my concerns were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. After another hand shake and some good-bye's I was off in my new Outback.... I know this review is lengthy, and could be longer actually, but I needed to make sure that Craig and Molly got the recognition that was so well deserved!! Thank you both for showing me that buying a car can be a fun and enjoyable process!! Oh, and the hugs were nice touch as well!! More

Joe is easy-going, and never pressured me to make a purchase. He answered all of my questions, and when I was ready to make the deal, he worked with the Sommer's team to get all of the paperwork handled without any issues. Best car purchasing experience ever Sommers beat the competitions' prices hands-down. The purchasing experience was easy from start to finish and Sommers went the extra mile to cover all Sommers beat the competitions' prices hands-down. The purchasing experience was easy from start to finish and Sommers went the extra mile to cover all of the details. For example, to put a front license plate on a WRX, the front bumper must be drilled. Well, I didn't want mine drilled and I purchased a license plate adapter to fit the existing holes. Not every dealership waits to find out what the customer wants, and to me that was just another example of how Sommers takes the time to make sure they're taking care of the customer first. Their parts department has been easy to work with as well. Great job Sommers! More
