My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Troy over the last 5 years or so. He is very honest regarding price, during the purchasing of our last vehicle, I wanted to focus on the Out The Door price. Troy was understanding of that, he put together that price, I examined it comparing it to pre purchase research, and it matched 1:1, meaning it was a very fair deal. He also took time to explain the value vs money spent, and outlining exactly where those dollars are being spent. He was very honest regarding additional add ons, what they do, what value they provide. That was important to us, as it helps us make an informed decision. Our trade in was a fair deal as well, as we respected each other, both understanding each other's positions, and striking a fair deal immediately. Troy made the process very comfortable, which was a 1st for us. Troy appreciated that I did my research prior to the process, as it actually made the whole process streamlined and effective for both sides.
