Due to life events, I recently had the opportunity to work with Troy for the second time this year. I traded in a vehicle and bought a smaller vehicle. Troy was patient and did not rush me into making a decision. In fact, I never felt compelled or pressured to make a purchasing decision at all. Troy’s calm and respectful approach allowed me to feel comfortable being more open with him about what I was looking for and price points. This resulted in a successful and positive car buying experience. Throughout my time with Troy at the dealership, I felt like a VIP guest. He kept his focus on me even after I purchased a vehicle. Bottom line: Troy puts his customers first. He values his relationships with his customers. He takes the time to understand their needs and concerns, which results in a successful outcome. Had a 2016 Outback from Sommers, traded in for a 2024 Outback. We have our car serviced there and are very happy with their service.
