He is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles he sells. When we picked up the vehicles he explained every feature thoroughly and answered any other questions when we called him to explain some feature again. We love the service center and have always been treated quickly and fairly. Somehow Joe always knows when we have a service appointment and stops in to say hello and if we have any new questions. Joe has sold me numerous cars during the years and I like dealing with him because he is low pressure. He also takes the time to show a person everything about the car. One thing I have noticed is that he is always busy when I am there. That tells me he is doing his job and people like him.
