Jim Naus isn't like most stereotypical car dealers. We met Jim and told him we were curious about the Subaru Outback features for 2022. He said that was perfectly fine and he'd be pleased to answer any q met Jim and told him we were curious about the Subaru Outback features for 2022. He said that was perfectly fine and he'd be pleased to answer any questions or concerns we might have. We had somewhat of an advantage since we bought a 2016 Outback (at this dealership) and had some idea of what to expect. Jim answered all of our questions (some with appropriate humor) and put us at ease very quickly. During the times we spent at Sommer's, we were immediately satisfied in all aspects of our visits. Jim is clearly our candidate for MVP. Be sure to ask for him by name. More

When I picked up my new car he thoroughly went throug when showing us the the cars we were interested and fully answered any questions asked of him.
