I just purchased my 2nd Subaru from Sommers, and Jim was my salesman. By chance we met Jim during a service visit in December and got to talking, and he gave me a card. Three months later when I saw a 2022 Outback I wanted online, I contacted the dealership, and asked for Jim. It was a really good decision. There was no pressure, zero, nada. Jim was attentive, articulate and trustworthy. When I am ready for Subaru number 5, I already know what dealership I am going to, and who I want to work with, again. I don’t like pushy salespersons and Jim Naus was true to his word. He communicated initially to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Once we made the decision he quickly made sure the vehicle was still available and reserved for us. While I was a bit overwhelmed by all the new features of our Outback, Jim spent a lot of time reviewing and helping us to set up the car so I could feel confident driving out of the lot. Jim Naus isn't like most stereotypical car dealers. We met Jim and told him we were curious about the Subaru Outback features for 2022. We had somewhat of an advantage since we bought a 2016 Outback (at this dealership) and had some idea of what to expect. Jim answered all of our questions (some with appropriate humor) and put us at ease very quickly. During the times we spent at Sommer's, we were immediately satisfied in all aspects of our visits. Jim is clearly our candidate for MVP. Be sure to ask for him by name. More
