New care bought a week ago (2022 Subaru Outback) from this place, check engine light came on today, so I went to the service department right, Tom came and let me know that they cannot do anything about this place, check engine light came on today, so I went to the service department right, Tom came and let me know that they cannot do anything about it. That as long as the check engine light wasn’t flashing, the car would be OK. He said that it would be a couple days for them to get the car in to run a diagnostic test on it. He was incredibly hostile from the beginning, especially when simply asking to see if there was anyway the process could be sped up, as again, the car was just bought a week ago. Tom said he could maybe in two hours they could maybe see me and that a diagnostic test would take over an hour. Tom is an unfortunate person who does nothing to provide service to customers. Tom proved that Sommers is really only in it for the sale and not any of the after care needed for a car. More

We were impressed with Alex from the start. We called and chatted with him to see if a Yukon was still available. For my first car buying experience, it was great to work with Jim. He laid out all the options initially and wasn't pushy at all. Knowing I wanted a Crosstrek when I walked in, he was able to quickly show m with Jim. He laid out all the options initially and wasn't pushy at all.
