Alex is exceptional in providing quality personalized service. With the current uncertain shipping situation that is affecting vehicle sales and parts, Alex took the initiative 10 months before my lease service. We determined a plan, but that changed as we anticipated it might. Alex was right there with another option that resulted in a great leased deal that exceeded my expectations. As always, he follows up within 7-10 days making sure everything is going well. Alex truly cares for and about his clients.
