He helped work out a deal that fit within my budget and in a pinch after it's arrival, unwrapped the plastic, taught me all the bells and whistles, and had me behind the wheel of my beautiful new car in just a few short hours. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish and I am grateful for everyone who played a part in it. Working with Nikki made me feel like there are still (although very few) people that find those values important and further more demonstrate them! Thank you, Nikki! None of the ~12 Michigan dealers I contacted were able to match the quote I got from Sommer's. But, more importantly, none had the listening skills, attention to detail and promptness that I received from Nikki. I know what I want and I do my research. When I ask for something, I don't want a dealer forcing me to buy something completely different and more expensive. Nikki never did that and she made sure to stay in tune to what is important to me! Sommer's originally quoted us the highest price of all the dealers, but we knew exactly what car we wanted and that we wanted to buy from Sommer's because their sales staff was easy to deal with, they respected our time and decision making process, and they have earned recognition from SoA for their outstanding service. So, we asked them to match our lowest price, they did and we bought. This isn't to say that buying or leasing a car is easy or transparent. If you want the best price and to understand all the sales shenanigans, no matter who you buy from, take the time to educate yourself. He was detailed and very quick on processing the loan application. He was also very friendly and explained all of the different aspects of the process.
