They offer great extra warranty options separately or none at all, no pressure. Doing the paperwork was a snap. Michael (business manager) was very accommodating with payment options and knew the process step by step, making sure I knew what each piece of paper was and that I was comfortable with my purchase. Couldn't be happier with the experience, I look forward to going back when I want to buy/trade-in for a new model. More

I recently had an issue with intermittent power steering on startup. Sommer's service department took the time to find the root cause and fix it, asking for help from the tech line and Engineering as needed. I was able to use a loaner car during the repair, and of course it was fixed under warranty. The 2016 Impreza is my 3rd Subaru bought or leased from Sommer's. Though problems have been relatively rare in general, Sommer's have gone out of their way not only to make effective repairs, but also to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly for Service (and Sales). More
