Sommer's is a great dealership. I love my Subarus! Yes, that is a plural. My 2010 Forester is the best. I have also had a Legacy, two Outback Sports and my husband has an Impreza sedan. Aaron is the best salesman. He has rescued me several times. The most memorable being when I locked my keys in the trunk of my Legacy along with 5 pizzas, that I was picking up for my co-workers. I called Aaron, he got a key cut for my car and brought it to me!! How many sales guys would do that for a customer?? The guys in the service department are wonderful as well. Andy is so nice and always remembers me,by name, when I bring my cars in for service. They are all so nice and I wouldn't want to get a Subaru from anyone else!! : D More

Living somewhat out in the middle of no where, it took some time to find a Subaru WRX that I was really interested in. After some online searching I stumbled upon this dealership. Their online inventory showed one in stock that I liked. It was a long drive for me, but it was worth it. The first ride up there to check the vehicle out and back went very good. Easy to find as well. Jeremy was very professional. We ended up getting there a little late when I made my second trip up to purchase it. They were very friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. It was very worthwhile. The one small problem I had was taken care of by Jeremy *after one year had passed since I purchased the vehicle!* I know of no other place that would do that for a customer. Even my father who came with said he was impressed with them, especially in regard toward helping me get a loan for the vehicle. They gave me a more than fair trade-in value for my previous car and applied it toward the purchase of the WRX. Everything went very smooth. Very pleased with Jeremy and the dealership, and Jeremy overall. I will be going back in the upcoming years when I can afford an STI. More

I had mentioned during our discussions that this car was going to be a Christmas present for my wife. After I purchased the car Joe had a big red bow made and he helped me put the car in my garage with the big red bow on the windshield - thanks. I have told this story about 100 times since I purchased the car. More

After talking over what we had in mind, Brian showed us four cars that matched our criteria. He patiently explained the features of the Subaru Outbacks, and waited for us to arrive at a decision. Not once did we feel we were being pushed into making a decision before we were ready, or that Brian or Sommer's had an agenda of their own. We decided to purchase a new Subaru Outback from Brian. While we were at the dealership we were introduced to several other members of the Sommer's team, and to a person they went out of their way to help us feel welcomed, and demonstrated there were all ready to do whatever was necessary for us to feel good about our experience with them. Everyone acted as if they were sincerely grateful for our business. I have to say that this was absolutely the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a car dealership, or with a car salesman. This is the third Subaru I've purchased from Sommers, and the second one from Jeremy. I recommended Jeremy to my neighbors, and they bought a Subaru from Jeremy too. I have also had almost all of my maintenance performed in the service department. They are extremely professional, have a clean shop and have gone the extra mile to help me out when I needed a loaner or a more detailed explanation. The cookies in the waiting room are tasty too! In short, you have to admire a business that really takes care of the customer..that's why I keep coming back. More
I just leased a new 2011 Buick Regal CXL from the team at Sommer's, and had a great experience with the sales process. The process started with Andrea Gehring, who responded promptly to my internet request, provided me with excellent initial information, and referred me to Jeremy Stilb. I really enjoyed personally working with Jeremy through the sales process. We test drove 3 cars, and he did a nice job explaining the differences between the models. He worked with me to get the best possible leasing arrangement on the Regal, which is an awesome car! Finally, Chris Tugel did a nice job walking me through the lease paperwork, and Howard Gleason re-introduced me to the Sommer's service department. This will be the second car we have leased and serviced through Sommer's (we also have a Subaru Outback). I highly recommend Jeremy if you are considering a Buick or Subaru vehicle. Greg Wait More
