Grant was exceedingly accomodating in his efforts to put together the buying arrangement which was slightly more challenging than the average transaction on account of my remote proximity in the NW 'burbs of Illinois. He kept a close eye on the timing of delivery of the 2011 Subaru Outback I reserved and even sent pictures of the car once it arrived.
