A fortunate turn of events connected us with Jeremy Stilb, who not only offered us a better monthly price (by roughly $200 per month) right off the bat, but also made the experience so pleasant, we came back to him a year later for an Outback. Each time we worked with Jeremy, he was friendly and authentic. Jeremy is someone you enjoy talking to throughout the process. He openly relates his own experiences and family needs to help get his customers into a vehicle that is suited to their lifestyles. What’s more impressive is that he does this in a way that is sincere; you never get the feeling he’s schmoozing you, or worse, trying to take you for a ride. We were also impressed by Jeremy’s professionalism and work ethic. He works hard at locating the car you want, not the car he has on hand. I actually came into the dealership to look at a used vehicle. The amount of the monthly payment was my main concern. I had never looked into leasing, but heard "things" about it, good and bad. Don explained how leasing worked, and it was something that I felt would work well for me. Don was so helpful, but not pushy at all. I truly feel he was looking out for my best interest. He offered one vehicle for my to try, but it wasn't the right "fit". Then a second, and I fell in love with the GMC Terrian. Mike Vandehey in the Business Department was very helpful and worked with my husband and myself to set up the financing. While on the road for a business trip I experienced mechanical trouble with my Yukon. I had to be at a 9:00 am meeting and on the road again after the meeting by 1:00 pm. I called Sommer's at 7:00 in t mechanical trouble with my Yukon. I had to be at a 9:00 am meeting and on the road again after the meeting by 1:00 pm. I called Sommer's at 7:00 in the morning and they had me immediately drive the Yukon to the dealership. They got my Yukon to a mechanic and myself in a brand new Arcadia on my way to my meeting in literally 10 MINUTES!!!! The service was so fast I had to stop at a Starbuck's to kill time prior to my 9:00 am meeting. While still at my meeting, Gary called me at 10:00 am to inform me that my Yukon was fixed and ready to go.I was ot of my meeting and back on the road with my washed and dried (it look liked it had been detailed!!!)Yukon at 12:30, as originally planned. I was not delayed by one minute, attended my meeting and relaxed over a cup of coffee to kill time. Thank you Gary for the best service I've ever experienced.
