After multiple Visits, inquiries, info gathering and Internet searches, I finally went into Sommers, and with Chris, we finalized my purchase of a 09 Impreza. When It was time to go thru the financial part of the experience, Chad Ciardo, made it clear what rebates I had coming from my previous dealer, and all of the options in regards to my new Impreza. Sommer's was the first dealership we visited, just to get a feeling for what we wanted to purchase. Our old truck kept going and we visited MANY more dealerships. He called about several options, we came back and drove a few. He was never impatient or pushy and finally his perseverance paid off! He called with just that right truck and we bought it...from the first dealership we walked in to. The truck is beautiful. The service department actually cleaned it and presented it with pride. I stopped in to check out the used cars available. I worked through their salesman, Joe Natoli. Joe did a great job of showing me cars in my price range. By far the best experience we have ever had buying a car. My partner and I visited the dealership to purchase one vehicle but felt so welcomed that we ended up buying two. Everyone from the excellent salesperson, sales manager, service manager and the business manager made this a great experience for both of us. We had gone to other dealerships prior to considering Subaru just because of familiarity with other brands.Friends recommended Subaru because of their experiences with reliability and performance in the winter, so we tried the local dealership. The salesperson allowed us to try three vehicles and spent about 5 hours with us letting us test drive and experiment with them. We liked the cars a lot and appreciated all the time we were allotted without pressure to compare between the models. In the past, we have both had bad experiences with dealers who do not seem to believe in their product or just generally lack enthusiasm - not the case at Sommer's. Our encounter with the staff at Sommer's was respectful and positive all the way through - in fact, it was great fun. GREAT JOB! More

We have been loyal Honda owners, but my wife wanted a smaller car with 4 or All wheel drive -- and so that is what led us to Subaru. At this point we knew what we wanted so I checked around with area Subaru dealers to get price and availability for the model and color that we desired. This led us to Chris Glass at Sommers Automotive -- who was very helpful in locating a car and getting it to their dealership for us. Communications with Chris were always responsive and helpful. When the car came in we scheduled a time to pick it up -- and Chris was VERY helpful in orientating us to the car and answering our questions. All-in-all an excellent experience... More

I was so excited to buy my first Subaru and Joe was excellent! I was probably one of the more bizarre customers he's had. I had been trolling for a Subaru for the past 2yrs and new what I was looking excellent! I was probably one of the more bizarre customers he's had. I had been trolling for a Subaru for the past 2yrs and new what I was looking for when I walked onto the lot. I found my used 2010 Impreza right away and Joe came out to greet me. He answered all of my questions regarding the AWD, transmission, safety, etc. He just grinned when I had to sit in the back to see about the leg room but hopped right in the other side. He was right, plenty of leg room. He popped the hood so he could explain the engine mounting in regards to safety and went over everything. He was thorough and knowledgable and never pressed me for a sale. He followed up with me even after the sale to make sure all was well and that I was happy with my purchase. I'm very happy to have met Joe and with a soon to be 16yr old, I'm 100% sure I will revisit him in the next few years! Thanks Joe for making this a memorable experience! More
