We ended up with Jason as our sales man and it was a great experience. We told him that we only had so much to spend and didn't have a trade in can you work with us. Jason was very professional, courteous and willing to work with us. We called in advance of our arrival and Jason had the van cleaned and ready for us to test drive. We did have some issues concerning the rotor noise and a little back and forth on the price before we reached a deal, but Jason gave us a real sense that he was representing us. He agreed to check the rotors and take care of the noise as part of our deal. To be honest I didn't know for sure that the noise would be fixed, previous experience with other dealers. But when we arrived to pick up the van and test drive it all was taken care of! I also enjoyed my conversations with Jason about his Army experiences. It was Great talking to him and sharing my Army memories as well. Jason is a Credit to your organization and his country. He represents Sommers as well as himself solidly....... I think that you should give him a Christmas bonus, and maybe even a raise. Next vehicle we need we will be calling Jason! Ray Will More
We were in the market for a new car and were really impressed with the Regal GS at the Auto Show. Initially my wife and I went to the closest dealership to our house. When we learned they did not have a GS in stock we checked online to see if there was one in the area and discovered Sommer's was the only dealership with a GS in stock. Our salesman, Jason Thomas couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and let us proceed in negotiations at our own pace. This was in contrast to the other dealer that was gave the impression of trying to press us into a deal. The whole experience working with Sommers almost bordered on fun. Jason pointed out the features of the car during the test drive. The car was absolutely spotless when we picked it up and Jason provided a basic tutorial before we departed. I would highly recommend checking Sommers out when purchasing a car. More

I live 120 miles and 2.5 hrs South of this dealer. Through phone calls and e-mail with Joe Natoli of Sommer's we quickly, efficiently, and professionally negotiated a very fair price and closed the sale, with the added options I requested. Joe kept me updated on the status and delivery date of the in-transit car. Joe (and the Sommer's team) made the process refreshingly smooth and painless. I also got a very fair price on my used car (even though this was negotiated in person, after I had already purchased the new car). It was more than worth the long-distance travel to get my car from Sommer's. I highly recommend them. More
I cannot tell you how enough how smooth and easy Jason made our experience at Sommer's. From beginning to end, he really took care of us. In 2008 I was going to buy a used vehicle. After speaking with Aaron Hammel, he suggested I lease a new vehicle instead of buying a used one. I was not firmiliar with the Subaru Impreza. I explain speaking with Aaron Hammel, he suggested I lease a new vehicle instead of buying a used one. I was not firmiliar with the Subaru Impreza. I explained to him that I wanted a reliable vehicle since I am an older women and did not want to get stuck somewhere. He explained in great detail why the Impreza was a great car for me and that leasing was the way to go. I had my 2008 for 3 and 1/2 years. I ended up leasing another impreza in 2011. I Love my Subaru. At no time during the leasing process was I pressured by Aaron. He was exceptionally patient with me and his knowledge of the vehicle blew my away. When this lease is up I plan on leasing another Impreza and Aaron Hammel will be my go to man. Thank You Aaron for your Professionalism. More
I have bought 2 Subarus through Sommers both with George Katsafanas and couldn't be happier. There are 3 Subaru dealerships in the Milwaukee area and I checked out the inventory and spoke with salesmen at Katsafanas and couldn't be happier. There are 3 Subaru dealerships in the Milwaukee area and I checked out the inventory and spoke with salesmen at all three. George was by far the most down to earth and friendly of all I talked to. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock at any location but George found one for me 3 states away. He responded fast and got me the car I wanted. One of the other dealerships finally responded to my vehicle search- a month after my car was already delivered. Awesome job George! More
Eight years ago I bought my first Subaru Forester from Jeremy Stilb and it was a very positive experience. Whenever I would run into Jeremy while getting my car serviced at the dealership, he was quick to come over with a friendly smile and to genuinely inquire as to how things were going for me. When I decided it was finally time for a new Subaru, I knew Jeremy was the salesperson I wanted to work with again. He saw me pull into the dealership (unannounced) and greeted me at the door with his trademark genuine smile and politeness. There were three models I was interested in (Crosstrek, Forester, & Outback), and after inquiring about my specific needs, Jeremy accurately explained why the Forester was the best fit and why. After expressing concerns that the Forester might be too big for my tiny garage, he offered to let me test drive it all the way to my house so I would know for sure it the garage was big enough. Remembering the type of Forester I bought from him 8 years ago and the optiona that I did and didn't want, he picked out the perfect Forester for me to test drive. When it came time to negotiate a price for the exact car I test drove, Jeremy was not pushy at all. He asked for my offer price and patiently listened to my explanation of how I came up with that figure. After taking my offer to his manager, he came back with a big smile and offered his congratulations on the purchase of my second Forester. I don't know what he said to the manager to get him to accept my offer, but he made it happen! I cannot say enough positive things about Jeremy Stilb. Over the last eight years, I have found him to be very professional, genuine, friendly, non-pushy, and personable. He has my highest recommendation. More
