Over the last 24 years I have owned 6 Subarus and worked with 4 different dealerships in the Milwaukee and Kenosha, Wisconsin, areas. I'll lead off by saying that none of the other dealerships I've experienced even approaches Sommer's commitment to quality customer service, both in the service shop and on the sales floor. I am pleased to give Sommer's my highest recommendation. And it would please me even more if I could give Aaron Hammel an even higher recommendation than that. I have worked with Aaron exclusively on the purchase of three Subarus from Sommer's. Each experience was better than the last. The most recent purchase was under rather unexpected and unfortunate circumstances. At the end of July this year, I traded my 2011 Outback Limited for a new 2013 Outback. The car was less than a month and half (1200 hundred miles) old when I was rear ended in stop-and-go traffic by a fully-loaded semi doing 50 to 50 MPH. Without going into the details of the hardship this caused both my wife and me, I'll simply say that Aaron took care of everything "on the car end", from arranging for a rental to working with the insurance estimators and the salvage yard to finding an identical replacement. Knowing him as I have for three years now, I would have expected no less. To me, Aaron epitomizes the term client care. He prides himself in doing what's right for the customer, building relationships, and valuing loyalty over the long haul. Add to that that he is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and you have a sales person you look forward to working with. Aaron is the main reason I will continue to give my business to Sommer's. He has my admiration as a professional and my thanks. More

We had been looking for a newer van for believe it or not We had been looking for a newer van for believe it or not two years when we saw a van that we liked at Sommers. We ended up with Jason as our sales man and it was a great experience. We told him that we only had so much to spend and didn't have a trade in can you work with us. Jason was very professional, courteous and willing to work with us. We called in advance of our arrival and Jason had the van cleaned and ready for us to test drive. We did have some issues concerning the rotor noise and a little back and forth on the price before we reached a deal, but Jason gave us a real sense that he was representing us. He agreed to check the rotors and take care of the noise as part of our deal. To be honest I didn't know for sure that the noise would be fixed, previous experience with other dealers. But when we arrived to pick up the van and test drive it all was taken care of! I also enjoyed my conversations with Jason about his Army experiences. It was Great talking to him and sharing my Army memories as well. Jason is a Credit to your organization and his country. He represents Sommers as well as himself solidly....... I think that you should give him a Christmas bonus, and maybe even a raise. Next vehicle we need we will be calling Jason! Ray Will More
We were in the market for a new car and were really impressed with the Regal GS at the Auto Show. Initially my wife and I went to the closest dealership to our house. When we learned they did not have a GS in stock we checked online to see if there was one in the area and discovered Sommer's was the only dealership with a GS in stock. Our salesman, Jason Thomas couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and let us proceed in negotiations at our own pace. This was in contrast to the other dealer that was gave the impression of trying to press us into a deal. The whole experience working with Sommers almost bordered on fun. Jason pointed out the features of the car during the test drive. The car was absolutely spotless when we picked it up and Jason provided a basic tutorial before we departed. I would highly recommend checking Sommers out when purchasing a car. More
