I should have wrote this about Alex last year after I worked with him for several weeks on the purchase of a used Subaru. He was knowledgeable, extremely friendly (never pushy) and even though he did no worked with him for several weeks on the purchase of a used Subaru. My husband and I had purchased a used vehicle from your dealership which led us to Alex for a possible second car at the time we were introduced.. I have never been to Sommers Dealarship before b/c I live is a city about 45 minutes away. It is a very professional setting and I was greeted by friendly staff. The sales person, Wyn Gary was very knowledge is a city about 45 minutes away. It is a very professional setting and I was greeted by friendly staff. The sales person, Wyn Gary was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about the Subaru Outback that I was interested in learning about. I have a Hybrid car and he took time and explained the environmental philosophy and "green" manufacturing practices in Indiana production plant. He used the touch screen to show and explain details. We took a test drive and he was very patient and helpful teaching me about the navigational system, bluetooth, and other technical questions that I had. He helped me "build" a car and was very informative and honest about every option. The entire experience, including follow-up phone calls was very positive, professional and FUN!. I bought an Outback and would definetely recomend Wyn, the Outback and the Sommers dealarship to others. LL More

horrible customer experience.. michelle, the finance manager, has been a nightmare to deal with.. shes super friendly until you decide you don't want the extended warranty she tried to sell us for $2500 manager, has been a nightmare to deal with.. shes super friendly until you decide you don't want the extended warranty she tried to sell us for $2500 more then what the car was.. we took the warranty initially, but then within 24 hours, we decided we would try our luck.. called, called, called, left a voicemail or two and finally a response from her.. she also happened to forget to have us sign a really important document and needed us to stop back in.. well we live over an hour and a half away so that wasn't going to happen.. over a week ago she said she would have the package shipped next day air.. called a couple times, left some more voice mails, no response.. finally talked to her a couple days ago, and said the package was shipped out friday, instead of monday, and that we should be getting it anytime.. well this was 2 days ago, called back and asked her to look up the tracking number.. after sounding like i was a complete inconvenience to her, she clicked the mouse a couple times and said "she couldn't find it" .. after she told me she shipped it out, now she is putting the blame on someone else.. she is horrible at her job! not only does she sound rude, forget us to sign important documents, and not return phone calls.. but she also screwed up our financing (the bank caught it thankfully!) so bad that we were going to finance the car for a couple thousand extra then what it should have been.. and when you are signing 50 sheets of paper, you kind of trust the person that they know what their doing.. ughhh... words can't describe how awful she has been.. also, wyn, the salesmen that helped me out.. yea, he never did a follow up call like ive seen from so many other users on here.. i was lucky enough to get a email that was automated through their system though.. i then wrote back with some issues with the car, never got a response.. idk if its just me, or the fact that i bought a honda instead of a subaru.. haha.. but ive had a very bad experience here.. i definitely wont be returning here for another car purchase.. Andrea answered the phone and was friendly and said all the things a customer wants to hear initially, eg. yes, we are interested in your trade, yes we can negotiate regarding the window sticker, yes I can the things a customer wants to hear initially, eg. yes, we are interested in your trade, yes we can negotiate regarding the window sticker, yes I can put you with a great salesperson. Upon meeting Josh, he was friendly and straight-forward with no stupid questions like "what do you want to pay?" He was forthcoming about his own preferences, eg. purchase vs lease, etc. when I asked. Brian Shanahan did a full disclosure lease plan with results exactly as I wanted and Keegan Rafferty in Finance explained everything very well and took time to answer questions even though his workday had ended halfway through our process. Great experience overall- very sincere, free of mumble-jumble that only distracts and doesn't give the customer time to think. I would recommend this sales team to anyone. More
