We met Steve Hanke shortly after arriving; he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He talked with me about my interests and helped me figure out a model that would meet my current needs and fall within my price range. We spent a little over 2 hours test driving, right up to closing, and Steve never once lost patience with us. Throughout our time that night, Steve never appeared pushy or desperate for a sale; he was very knowledgeable, respectful, genuine, and honest, with a great sense of humor, and our time spent with him was never awkward as test driving can sometimes be. The next day, I drove home in my new used Crosstrek thanks to Steve and I couldn’t be happier!
