"Sommers has it all" A relative gave a high rating to their Subaru so I went to Sommers with the intention of finding a car and driving it home the same day. Dan and Omar showed me every vehicle that fit what I was looking for. I found the Legacy and had to have it. Michael worked to get me the lowest interest rate and had the paperwork ready for me to sign and drive. I have had my car for two weeks and since then have had several occasions where Sommers has gotten in touch with me to see if I have any questions and to let me know I can call them anytime. I plan to visit sommers in the near future to help my daughter purchase a car. There's no doubt in my mind that the quality of the vehicle is top notch and so are the work ethics when it comes to customer satisfaction. Sommers has it all! More

Poor Service 7/29/14 Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Called at 2:05 pm and car still not looked at. Dealer returns call at 3:26 pm and states car is done and nothing wrong. Did standard oil change verses requested synthetic oil change and determined vibration in steering wheel was acceptable. After poor survey manager would like to follow up with me. Now 8/13/14 and no follow up. This explains the service. More

First time buying a car via a dealer=SUCCESS thanks to JOE! WOW! The service that I received from the get-go from Joe was amazing! I was looking to purchase a crossover, but was unsure what I really liked. I ha WOW! The service that I received from the get-go from Joe was amazing! I was looking to purchase a crossover, but was unsure what I really liked. I had it narrowed down to a GMC Terrain or Chevy Equinox. However, I also saw a Chevy Captiva online as well as a Chevy Cruz. When I told Joe that I may be interested in those as well, I he immediately brought up children. I said I have none but see them in the near future. He outright told me that the Chevy Cruz is not for me as the backseat does not allow for a rear-facing carseat. I was EXTREMELY thankful that he took the time to ask me that and mention that, because had I gotten that car, I would have had only myself to be angry at in the future-so thanks Joe! I then test drove a GMC Terrain and liked it, but it did seem a bit small and cramped up front. He then had me drive the Chevy Captiva and I LOVED it! He pointed out that it had an auxilliary input as well as ample storage under the cupholders. He also mentioned the extended warranty since it was GM Certified. I was very pleased with the vehicle and chose to purchase it. That being the first time I bought a car from a dealer, Joe and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me with the process and told me exatly what I had to do next. I know the experience would not have been as awesome if I had gone elsewhere. I was nervous starting out, but Joe helped ease those nerves and made plenty of jokes too! I HIGHLY reccommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a new car! More
