Just bought a 2014 Subaru from Sommer's and they were outstanding! I shopped around at 3 dealerships in the Milwaukee area. I was in and out in no time with the information I was looking for. They easily beat the price at the other 2 area dealerships, who had both assured me they would beat any price. At Sommer's, instead trying to sell me what was already on the lot, or convince me to add extra packages, they went out of their way to find me exactly the car I wanted, in the color I was looking for. Adam Driewer was my internet sales contact. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and straight forward. Howard Gleason one of the car sales managers was a true pleasure to meet and work with. In all my years buying cars I have never had such a great experience. Working with Mark was a pleasure, when my wife and I bought our 2006 Subaru Outback this April. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We are quite happy with the vehicle, which belies its now six-figure mileage. The Outback is a good car, but its regular servicing at Sommer's has, no doubt, also contributed to its longevity. We did have one minor glitch; shortly before the state-mandated emission test, the check engine light came on. Upon diagnosis, it was found the cause was a marginal catalytic converter. Mark worked with us and with the service department to reach an amicable solution. Mark has done an exemplary job -- before, during, and after the sale; therefore, we recommend him highly, as well as Sommer's sales and service in general. Also, FYI: For those with children, Sommer's Subaru has one of the best areas to entertain the kids, while the vehicle is being serviced. We look forward to adding a second Outback before too long... We were able to handle financing and the particulars of the "deal" over the phone with no pressure. Chad the finance guy was also very pleasant. We arranged to pick up the car a few days later and when we arrived the paperwork was in perfect order and the car was washed and meticulously clean. Joe went the extra mile the day after we purchased the car by locating the second set of keys (placed in the wrong bin previously) and sending us all weather mats via UPS. We live an hour and 1/2 from this dealership, however, it was well worth the drive. We love our Subaru "ScoobyBlu" and look forward to a great relationship with Sommers as new Subaru owners. I stopped by the dealership on a whim...they had a great selection of used SUVs on their website. I sat down with Joe and he helped me pin-point those in my budget. Once we'd made our selection he ran the numbers and offered some helpful hints that SAVED us money!! We picked up our vehicle this week and again, great service. Joe stayed later than scheduled to accommodate us and everything went very smoothly. All our questions were answered and everyone was so friendly!!
