My salesman, Mark Krueger, was able to find what I was looking for in their factory allocation that I was able to equip it with the optional equipment I wanted at a good price and fair trade. As far as a car buying experience is concerned, this was pretty much a perfect experience. No nonsence negotiation with an experienced and knowledgeable sales professional. Mark kept me informed during the wait for the vehicle to arrive by sending me timely status updates. The delivery process was handled exceptionally well. Physical delivery was delayed about six weeks from the initial estimated delivery date due to Subaru factory issues and through no fault of Mark or Sommer's Subaru. I'm a happy guy! More

My husband has left sided paralysis and needs assistance getting into and out of the vehicle and we were looking for just the right car to make this as easy as possible. We decided that the best choice for us would be the Subaru Forester and Craig, having observed the entire process agreed we were making the right choice. Not only did Craig have to deal with the 2 of us but 2 son-in-laws and a daughter were involved in getting the right car at the right price and he was kind and attentive to all of us.
