We purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback from Mark back in October, and when the time came to find a "new" used car for our family, the first call was to Mark. I should have wrote this about Alex last year after I worked with him for several weeks on the purchase of a used Subaru. He was knowledgeable, extremely friendly (never pushy) and even though he did no worked with him for several weeks on the purchase of a used Subaru. I have never been to Sommers Dealarship before b/c I live is a city about 45 minutes away. It is a very professional setting and I was greeted by friendly staff. The sales person, Wyn Gary was very knowledge is a city about 45 minutes away. It is a very professional setting and I was greeted by friendly staff. The sales person, Wyn Gary was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about the Subaru Outback that I was interested in learning about. I have a Hybrid car and he took time and explained the environmental philosophy and "green" manufacturing practices in Indiana production plant. He used the touch screen to show and explain details. We took a test drive and he was very patient and helpful teaching me about the navigational system, bluetooth, and other technical questions that I had. He helped me "build" a car and was very informative and honest about every option. The entire experience, including follow-up phone calls was very positive, professional and FUN!.
