We met Steve Hanke shortly after arriving; he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He talked with me about my interests and helped me figure out a model that would meet my current needs and fall within my price range. We spent a little over 2 hours test driving, right up to closing, and Steve never once lost patience with us. Throughout our time that night, Steve never appeared pushy or desperate for a sale; he was very knowledgeable, respectful, genuine, and honest, with a great sense of humor, and our time spent with him was never awkward as test driving can sometimes be. The next day, I drove home in my new used Crosstrek thanks to Steve and I couldn’t be happier! I've even recommended Sommer's to some Subaru owning friends for maintenance, the service pricing was lower than expected, and the service was fast with none of the "oh, you need this extra work" that you can expect from private mechanics.
