TrueCar generated the fairest price on the Outback and Sommers agreed to deliver the vehicle for that price. When the Outback arrived, the trade-in vehicle was taken to the dealership, where the Used Car Manager promptly ran an "Edmonds" value. However, he entered the wrong information and generated a "value", THOUSANDS less than the vehicle is actually worth, according to Edmonds. When confronted with the error, the Used Car Manager then replied that "You're correct, but since we gave you such a great price on the Outback, we're not changing the value". In other words, the TrueCar deal was taken back, by under-valuing the trade-in. There are two lessons to be learned by this. First, use TrueCar, as it REALLY works. Second, go to Subaru City where you get a free lifetime warranty on the powertrain and a fair price for your trade-in. More

Even though I did not purchase my car at Sommer's, I took it in for some paint touch-up work because it is located close to where we live. The work was done on time and for a very reasonable price. In particular I want to compliment Steve Rahlf, body shop estimator. He is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff people I have ever dealt with at any dealership. More
Friendly, patient and easy to work with I have serviced my cars at Sommers for many years, but had never had the opportunity to purchase from them until earlier this month. I have always bought my vehicles in Illinois, but due to the service department being so great, I really wanted to give my business this time around to Sommers. Due to the fact that I was looking at used vehicles, it took approximately two and a half months to find the car I was looking for. Adam was extremely patient and never once tried to pressure me into purchasing something I wasn't interested in. He gladly let me try out car seats in different models so that I could figure out what was best for my growing family and never seemed to mind when I wanted to see 'one more car'. Adam was professional, easy to work with and never come across as 'salesy'. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family (and I already have!) as well as purchase another vehicle from him. "Sommers has it all" A relative gave a high rating to their Subaru so I went to Sommers with the intention of finding a car and driving it home the same day. Dan and Omar showed me every vehicle that fit what I was looking for. I found the Legacy and had to have it. Michael worked to get me the lowest interest rate and had the paperwork ready for me to sign and drive. I have had my car for two weeks and since then have had several occasions where Sommers has gotten in touch with me to see if I have any questions and to let me know I can call them anytime. I plan to visit sommers in the near future to help my daughter purchase a car. There's no doubt in my mind that the quality of the vehicle is top notch and so are the work ethics when it comes to customer satisfaction. Sommers has it all! More

He stayed with us all the way thru financing making sure we were being taken care of. Although we live in Florida he still called us to ask if we had any questions or problems. Poor Service 7/29/14 Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Dropped Outback off nite before for 7:00am appointment to have vibration in steering wheel checked, air conditioner checked and synthetic oil change. Called at 2:05 pm and car still not looked at. Dealer returns call at 3:26 pm and states car is done and nothing wrong. Did standard oil change verses requested synthetic oil change and determined vibration in steering wheel was acceptable. After poor survey manager would like to follow up with me. Now 8/13/14 and no follow up. This explains the service. More
