Excellent experience!! When my previous Subaru was involved in an accident, I had it towed to Sommer's. Since it was after the rental car company was closed for the evening, I could have been left without a car a long way from home. Due to the kindness of Andy Johnson (Service Director) and Jeremy Stilb (Sales Advisor); I was given a car to use for the evening so I could get home and go to work in the morning. When I found out my car was unfixable, Jeremy helped me choose a Subaru that fit my needs and budget, perfectly. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience under trying circumstances. I will definitely shop Sommer's again!! More

He kindly rearranged his day to make time for me earlier than my original appointment. Despite the schedule juggling he patiently walked me through every aspect of the car and answered my questions. It has plenty of pep to merge onto the interstates which was a major concern. In addition, my mileage has been very good averaging around 30 mpg. My salesman, George Katsafanas, was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, was helpful and quickly answered my phone calls when any questions arose. Others at the dealership such as the secretaries, business manager and service manager that I came in contact with were friendly and made me feel that my business was appreciated. He was extremely knowledgable, very personable, and at no time during the buying process did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or accessories that we did not want. He went out of his way to go over every detail of our vehicle with us prior to leaving the lot, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Most amazingly, he even contacted us a number of days after buying just to make sure we did not have any additional questions about the vehicle, and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
