Since it was after the rental car company was closed for the evening, I could have been left without a car a long way from home. Due to the kindness of Andy Johnson (Service Director) and Jeremy Stilb (Sales Advisor); I was given a car to use for the evening so I could get home and go to work in the morning. When I found out my car was unfixable, Jeremy helped me choose a Subaru that fit my needs and budget, perfectly. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience under trying circumstances. I will definitely shop Sommer's again!! More

After a pain-free negotiation we quickly agreed on terms. At that point I was put in touch with Joe Natoli to make the pick-up arrangements and he was fantastic. He kindly rearranged his day to make time for me earlier than my original appointment. Despite the schedule juggling he patiently walked me through every aspect of the car and answered my questions. I never felt rushed and the team at the dealership seemed to work very well together coordinating all aspects of the deal. Great experience from start to finish! More

It has plenty of pep to merge onto the interstates which was a major concern. In addition, my mileage has been very good averaging around 30 mpg. My salesman, George Katsafanas, was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, was helpful and quickly answered my phone calls when any questions arose. Others at the dealership such as the secretaries, business manager and service manager that I came in contact with were friendly and made me feel that my business was appreciated. I would rate Sommer's Automotive as an exceptional Subaru dealer. I would certainly purchase from them in the future and would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to George as well. More

The dealership gave us an unbeatable price, and was more than a pleasure to deal with when compared to other Subaru dealerships we had been looking at in the greater Milwaukee area. Joe Natoli, our sales representative, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable, very personable, and at no time during the buying process did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or accessories that we did not want. He went out of his way to go over every detail of our vehicle with us prior to leaving the lot, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Most amazingly, he even contacted us a number of days after buying just to make sure we did not have any additional questions about the vehicle, and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The kind of customer service that has become a rareity in our society today. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from Joe Natoli and Sommers in the future. Thanks again. More

He spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions, following up with information and actually securing the auto that we wanted, and delivering it when it worked with our schedule. We currently drive a Legacy and have been very pleased with the service that we have received over the last few years, which was another factor in purchasing from this dealership, service and convenience. Horrible Experience and Learning Lesson After ordering an Outback from Sommers Subaru, the vehicle arrived. TrueCar generated the fairest price on the Outback and Sommers agreed to deliver t After ordering an Outback from Sommers Subaru, the vehicle arrived. TrueCar generated the fairest price on the Outback and Sommers agreed to deliver the vehicle for that price. When the Outback arrived, the trade-in vehicle was taken to the dealership, where the Used Car Manager promptly ran an "Edmonds" value. However, he entered the wrong information and generated a "value", THOUSANDS less than the vehicle is actually worth, according to Edmonds. When confronted with the error, the Used Car Manager then replied that "You're correct, but since we gave you such a great price on the Outback, we're not changing the value". In other words, the TrueCar deal was taken back, by under-valuing the trade-in. There are two lessons to be learned by this. First, use TrueCar, as it REALLY works. Second, go to Subaru City where you get a free lifetime warranty on the powertrain and a fair price for your trade-in. More
