I have been to many dealerships and have worked with multiple people. All ranges from fantastic experiences to terrible experiences. I’m never one to complain so if I do it’s usually for a good reason. Sommers Subaru is the ONLY place I will bring my family’s vehicles. I have a 2021 STI and my lady has a 2022 Ascent. I have had nothing but a great experience with everyone here. I do have to give a huge shoutout to Kevin (service manager). He always comes through for me. Even with last minute things. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kevin. And as a cherry on top they are both veteran and law enforcement friendly. You can’t beat it!! 12 out of 10. I highly recommend. More
