Your on the floor, customer focused staff are great! . However, if you truly value your customers, you would install automatic doors to enter the facility rather than making some customers POUND on the . However, if you truly value your customers, you would install automatic doors to enter the facility rather than making some customers POUND on the very heavy glass doors (main entry AND from service department entry) to alert and have staff push the door open. To PULL open such IS NOT feasible for ALL of your customers. You had to get rid of carwash driers b/c neighbor complaints. How about being considerate of you shoppers and purchasers and make entry easier and less embarassing?? More

Troy has many attributes that separates him from others in the field, one of which we feel was the most important. Integrity. Troy is a genuinely honest and caring individual. He takes time to listen to your needs, and establishes a plan on how to meet those needs, regarding which model would best fit those needs. He is very honest regarding price, during the purchasing of our last vehicle, I wanted to focus on the Out The Door price. Troy was understanding of that, he put together that price, I examined it comparing it to pre purchase research, and it matched 1:1, meaning it was a very fair deal. He also took time to explain the value vs money spent, and outlining exactly where those dollars are being spent. He was very honest regarding additional add ons, what they do, what value they provide. That was important to us, as it helps us make an informed decision. Our trade in was a fair deal as well, as we respected each other, both understanding each other's positions, and striking a fair deal immediately. Troy made the process very comfortable, which was a 1st for us. Troy appreciated that I did my research prior to the process, as it actually made the whole process streamlined and effective for both sides. Had a 2016 Outback from Sommers, traded in for a 2024 Outback. We have our car serviced there and are very happy with their service.
