This was the 4th Subaru we bought, 2024 Forester. My wife was very impressed with the forward vision, compared to her Crosstrek and my Outback. Because of our age it was time to downsize to one vehicle. We have been dealing with Sommers for 12 years. They are very honest, and have great people as employee's. I got off the track here, we took the car in for the first oil change, and Sara W the service writer is really good, she even had a computer upgrade done that improved the radio reception. Thank you to the whole Sommer's Subaru staff for always being so nice. More

I took my new Subaru Impreza here 19 times over the past four years for routine maintenance a : THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU OR YOUR CAR! I took my new Subaru Impreza here 19 times over the past four years for routine maintenance and check ups. They neglected critical maintenance on my vehicle and wanted to charge me over $10K for them to repair it! 10K for their mistake! On a four year old car! This whole situation has been a complete nightmare. Beware, if you're looking at spending extra when buying a car hoping to get a reliable vehicle, it's very likely that Sommer's Subaru will screw you over instead. More

What an amazing experience working with Troy when I decided to trade in my 2020 outback and purchase a newer model. . I felt he listened to. my needs and wants and led me in the right direction. Your on the floor, customer focused staff are great! . However, if you truly value your customers, you would install automatic doors to enter the facility rather than making some customers POUND on the . However, if you truly value your customers, you would install automatic doors to enter the facility rather than making some customers POUND on the very heavy glass doors (main entry AND from service department entry) to alert and have staff push the door open. To PULL open such IS NOT feasible for ALL of your customers. You had to get rid of carwash driers b/c neighbor complaints. How about being considerate of you shoppers and purchasers and make entry easier and less embarassing?? More
