I have bought a few cars over the years from them. the last being a Nissan Rouge a few years ago. She got Free inspections and tire rotations for as long as she owned the car. She recently bought a Subaru from a Subaru dealer and got free inspections and 10 year 100.000 mile warrantee washed and waxed her car when we picked it up I Bought a 2020 Nissan Altima from Somersworth Nissan. They swore up and down it was the best they could do and it was a great price. I picked it up, it was like it was put out back, it was dirty and full of Dust. I asked John and he said oh, I wasn't here yesterday,! He said you also have 1 free inspection! It's like they stop caring once you buy the car, they want your money and now give ou Nothing. Two weeks after I bought my Used car, i seen another I have been looking for, for a long time. i wanted to re-trade mine in and it lost $10,000 value in two weeks. they gave me a crazy story that didn't make sense. I have gone there for the last 10+ years and will Never go Back. There is a Reason they are completely redoing the place, from your Money. They are no longer customer oriented, they are about making a Killing off you! They kept trying to use one of their banks for financing at a crazy rate, I had to tell them three times to use my credit union which was 3% lower from their "Great Deal" More
