I just purchased a 2009 Nissan Versa with 22,000 miles on it. I've now owned this car for 9 months and couldn't have more problems with it if I wanted to. I will never buy another Nissan. My other issue is the dealership, they are terrible with customer service and don't even call back when they say they will. If my car wasn't under warranty I would never step foot in the door of this place. When I went for my first month check up after buying my car, I already needed a part and they said they'd call within a week, two months later I call them and they had the part the entire time, just never called me. I refuse to go to this dealer and refuse to recommend anyone to as well. Do not go to Somersworth Nissan, it's more of a headache than any form of service. More
At first things go along great, until the surprises start. You will get two emails a day minimum stating that they will not be undersold. But, if you've done any research and ask about the price of some add on items and bring up their extremely high Doc fee plus title, you will be completely ignored. I went from having emails answered within an hour by both the owner, Bob, and the sales manager, Brendon, and call backs by Carl, to being totally ignored. All I wanted was a yes or No, as they state on their front page of their web site. Totally not true.If they don't like the deal, fair enough. But at least have the manors to say so. They will NOT give you the best price! Plus $399 Doc fee plus title etc is really high! More
I brought my 2005 Pathfinder into the service department about a year ago with issues involving my transmission fluid and my coolant mixing together, there terrible mechanic looked at my fluids and found no about a year ago with issues involving my transmission fluid and my coolant mixing together, there terrible mechanic looked at my fluids and found nothing. I then stupidly aloud them to do a transmission flush and went on my way. 1 year later my radiator is shot and my transmission is junk and wouldn't you know it's 6000 miles out of warranty. Dan will pretend like he's going to help you. But this service department is like all the rest they will lie to you to get money from you and then when your really in trouble they will dig for more money. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Somersworth Nissan. More
This is the second Maxima I have leased from Somersworth Nissan. Sean and Joe were very helpful. I was treated fairly and with respect. No pressure. I've been a Nissan purchaser for 25 years and a customer at the Somersworth dealership even before the Forget brothers purchased the franchise. This was my third new car purchase from Somersworth Nissan, an at the Somersworth dealership even before the Forget brothers purchased the franchise. This was my third new car purchase from Somersworth Nissan, and I chose to stay with this dealership because of my positive history working with all the members of the team. Brendan runs a strong operation, as did his brothers (Pat, Bob, and Dan) before him. The sales people are low pressure, knowledgeable about their products, and personable. The finance guys put it out there so the layperson gets it. The service department is amazing - from the drive in/drop off . . . to the prompt service . . . to the wash/vacuum before it exits. My new Nissan Juke is heaven on wheels, and I intend to maintain my relationship with this dealership for the next,in all likelihood, 10 years I will own the vehicle. The salesman (Shawn) was polite & knowledgeable, and the General Manager/Owner (Brendan) beat the best price I had received from 2 other dealers. I look forward to returning here for my next car. i wish i had never went to this dealer. they are probably some of the worst people i have ever dealt with in my entire life. They just seem to lie about having things they cannot do. they will throw prices i some of the worst people i have ever dealt with in my entire life. They just seem to lie about having things they cannot do. they will throw prices in your face that they cannot back up and bother you with calls saying you are an idiot for not buying a car with them. they try to make you feel stupid. i would never ever recommend buying a car from these bums. I went to buy a new car from them and they said they would have in a day or two ready. after day 2, they ignored my phone calls and then lied about the car...awful experience More

My husband and I found Ethan Clark our sales person at Somersworth Nissan to be exceptionally informed about the product he is selling and is a very courteous salesman. The dealership is very pleasant to Somersworth Nissan to be exceptionally informed about the product he is selling and is a very courteous salesman. The dealership is very pleasant to deal with and all the Forget brothers are great to work with when buying a car. It is a very clean and bright dealership with comfort of the buyer very evident throughout the whole building. It has always been a very pleasant experience to deal with everyone there from the top to the bottom. All the sales people are well dressed and very pleasant to be around. I would certainly recommend to anyone to check them out and ask for Ethan Clark to help you out. More
