inspection time went in for annual inspection. manager was extremely rude as he told me it wouldn't pass due to someone changing my headlight bulbs. I told him no one did and they sold me that car that way. he insisted he didn't and asked me to leave as I was angry with him. this car has passed inspection 3 times before with the same bulbs. he told me to take it elsewhere where I had oil changes, etc as they may have changed them without my knowledge(I would have had to pay for them). took the car to 2 other places and was told that they were the original factory installed lights and there was no problem at all with them and had the inspection done elsewhere and it passed with no problems at all. I will never go back there again as this was not the first problems I've had with them. More

Customer satisfaction? Not! I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. I brought the car in for a 30 day checkup, and to my dismay found that dealer had caused I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. I brought the car in for a 30 day checkup, and to my dismay found that dealer had caused $10,000 worth of damage to vehicle. They gave us a loaner, and offered to fix car. 10 days later, they still have not begun work on vehicle.Finally,mafter not hearing from the dealership (despite promises from the owner to take care of this, and be in touch, we called them. Knowing that this damage will reduce the value of our vehicle, affect the CarFax rating, and possibly affect the integrity of the vehicle, we asked for a replacement. We were told that we would be charged $1,500 for depreciation of our vehicle. Unacceptable! It is not our fault that they damaged our vehicle. We are pursuing all avenues, including BBB, corporate customer service, attorney general's office, and social media to see that we are made whole on this issue. Would not recommend this dealership!! More

Very Impressed with the Service Department! I was extremely impressed by the Somersworth Nissan Service team. I had an issue with my Nissan Sentra recently. The service manager worked hard to ge I was extremely impressed by the Somersworth Nissan Service team. I had an issue with my Nissan Sentra recently. The service manager worked hard to get my problem resolved in a timely manner. He was very understanding and accommodating throughout the whole process. I’ve owned my fair share of vehicles over the years and haven’t always had the best experience with the Service Departments at dealerships, but I had a GREAT experience here!!! I will recommend Somersworth Nissan Service Department to all my family and friends. 5 stars!!! More

Not just the salesman I was working with but the finance dept and the girls who helped me get my phone and preferences set up. Another thing I really liked was the salesmen were not pushy about getting you inside to wheel and deal. Very comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new nissan. More
Terrible as son as I can though the door! Just went by to ask if they had a second hand Xterra, I was greeted instantly by a salesperson even before I went in. They wanted me to fill out a whole page of information when all I wanted was to be but on a call list. After They agreed to place on a waiting list, the salesperson insisted I fill out a whole page of info and after making it clear I was not interested in doing so 3 times I stormed out. To be followed by another salesperson. This salesperson then was screaming at me to return. The this person then told me I was rude and walked out on them cause I had a Yankees baseball team hat on, very RUDE. Please keep away from this place, they are very unprofessional right from the beginning! More
