Don't do business with this dealer My wife and I purchased a brand new 2008 Nissan Rogue from Somersworth Nissan. The transmission failed within 18 months and was replaced under warran My wife and I purchased a brand new 2008 Nissan Rogue from Somersworth Nissan. The transmission failed within 18 months and was replaced under warranty. Nissan Corp. issued a engineering bulletin identifying a design flaw shortly before or after the transmission failure. We received an extended warranty from Nissan Corp on the second transmission. The second transmission was replaced a couple years later so now the car is on its third transmission. The car recently (April 2018) began exhibiting similar symptoms and needs another transmission making this the fourth transmission in 10 years. Nissan Corp and Nissan of Somersworth (the dealership) has decided they will NOT cover the replacement of our transmission this time around. Let me ask you a question? How many vehicles have you owned that needed FOUR transmissions in a 10 yr period? It would see to me that either Nissan or the Somersworth Nissan (the dealership) would want to support a customer like ourselves who have purchased three Nissan vehicles in the past 10 yrs but NO they want us to pay to replace the transmission. This will be the last Nissan our family purchases ever. More

Incredible Service-Very thorough and works with the customer I bought a 2011 Nissan Altima and have been taking my car in for service ever since. I am surprised that people have not received great service - Jaso I bought a 2011 Nissan Altima and have been taking my car in for service ever since. I am surprised that people have not received great service - Jason and Allen seem to remember me and my car every time I've gone in. The first 120,000 miles were a breeze, but I had a funky electrical problem that they've worked on on and of for a while, but they've been able to replace some faulty parts for free and have done a great job in keeping the price reasonable. I am generally a big complainer, and have not been satisfied with the service that I have received at other places, but Somersworth Nissan has been nothing but great to work with. More

BAD!!! STAY AWAY ! On 4/13/15 I bought this Certified 2014 Nissan Frontier with supposedly 4000 mi now have 25,800 mi they had to replaced rear wheels+ tire STAY AWAY ! On 4/13/15 I bought this Certified 2014 Nissan Frontier with supposedly 4000 mi now have 25,800 mi they had to replaced rear wheels+ tires+warped front brake rotors+pads+front drive shaft. Wound up in dispute over warranty Thank God I was under warranty Now they want $900.00 for 36 mnth maintenance B.S. I paid $400. for 15,000mi maint.service. Horrible I bought an Altima here and this dealership was a complete disgrace from top to bottom in my dealings with them. I have purchased two new Nissans I bought an Altima here and this dealership was a complete disgrace from top to bottom in my dealings with them. I have purchased two new Nissans since, one from Portsmouth Nissan and another from AutoFair Nissan. Both of these dealerships blew away Somersworth Nissan from Sales to Service in my experience at the 3 dealerships. Manager that I dealt with at Somersworth Nissan was arrogant and difficult to work with. Run don't walk from Somersworth Nissan. I will never be back and advise everyone I talk to to stay away as well. More

Awful I brought my wife's car here for an inspection last year. The rude "mechanic" said it failed because of the tint on the car. Keep in mind, it was the I brought my wife's car here for an inspection last year. The rude "mechanic" said it failed because of the tint on the car. Keep in mind, it was the tint on the car they sold her the car with. Almost had to get a lawyer involved as they denied every piece of selling her the car that way. A week ago, for her inspection this year, the "mechanic" said her car now needed an alignment and ball joints. I brought it to 3 more places that all indicated that the joints and alignment were perfect. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY "MECHANICS!" More
