Absolutely AMAZING customer service! They sold me a junk car for $16,000 only drawer 1000 transmission went after I drove it another 4,000 mi the motor blew they would not help me at all they said I should have took the warranty I am elder transmission went after I drove it another 4,000 mi the motor blew they would not help me at all they said I should have took the warranty I am elderly on social security they took total advantage of me they will not help in any way if you do buy a used car there you better take their warranty pay the extra $150 a month it's worth it now I have a $400 a month car payment can't get to work can't go to the store can't go to the doctors I'm diabetic caring for a three-year-old her mom passed away can't even get milk at the store but I get to look out in the driveway at what $400 a month can buy a big used piece of junk from somersworth Nissan More

Probably should've taken a hint from the guy yelling in the waiting room about a faulty car but I was in a bind... Purchased a Jeep Compass about 8 months ago and if I could go back in time, I never would the waiting room about a faulty car but I was in a bind... Purchased a Jeep Compass about 8 months ago and if I could go back in time, I never would've done it. Granted the payments are low but I've had to pay for it on the garage bills since. The test drive was good, I was in a bind and needed a car so I was okay with the 8hr wait to get things situated. That was fine. When I picked it up, however... empty gas tank and the head rests felt... weird. Get it on the interstate and the whole car was acting up. Figured maybe bad gas and gave it a few days and some dry gas. Well, TRIED to. A week after having it, it wouldn't start. At all. Had to call AAA but they couldn't see the issue, so I call the dealership, very unhappy. They give me a "cheat code" sorta thing to get it going. Turn the key to the on position, foot on the brake, shift and put it back in park and turn it on. It turns over. That's how I've had to start it since, because they couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. I was told that if/ when another garage figured it out, they'll pay to fix it. Just figured it out now in January after 5x in a garage to try and figure things out (they/my garage think it's a contract switch somewhere in the dash), but they/Somersworth no longer want to pay to fix it. I'm on my own because it took so long to figure it out. Thanks guys... Back track to when I picked it up, I realized why the head rests were uncomfortable. A collision sensor had gone off at some point after the test drive and before I picked it up and ejected the headrests forward, so that had to get fixed too. Car was still acting up so it was brought back. Flooded spark plugs. So that had to get done as well. Had to replace near-bald tires to boot, but whatever. Now I have the lovely problem, only 8 months after getting it, with $10k left to pay on it... the freaking drive shaft is toast. Nice... thanks... Somersworth wants nothing to do with fixing this whole mess because I've had it 8 months and only had the 30 day warranty and was too broke to pay for the gap insurance when I bought it. Not impressed, and will never be back. I warn everyone I know to stay tf away from them. My first car I've signed off on myself, definitely has been a big lesson learned. Honestly if I could drive this thing off a cliff and be done with it, I would.... I'd Take my old car back in a freaking heartbeat. More
