Went in on 2/20/22 to look for a new car at Somersworth Nissan with my Husband. It didn’t take us very long to find a 2019 Nissan Rough with only 17,000 miles on it. Cassandra and Dylan will lie to you over the phone. They lie to lure you into the dealership. When I arrived the price of the vehicle went up $500 from the time I left my house to go to my appointme They lie to lure you into the dealership. Which resulted in a hard inquiry. I wasn't going to run the credit if they didn't value my trade properly. When I voiced my concerns no one had a good reason for the hasty price increase and I felt as though they were trying to scam me. I could have paid cash in full for the vehicle I wanted at the right price. As a home and business owner I was hoping to get a good deal on a used van with lots of seating to use as my THIRD vehicle for this summer. I have enough equity in my second home to buy any car on your lot. When I tried to talk to the owner about my concerns I waited on hold for over 10 min. When I called to talk to Brendan Forget nope Ethan Clark nope Ric Rynerson nope They told me they were in a meeting.... On a Sunday morning...Come on. Rodney was chatty and told me I should sell my used honda odyssey to a junk yard. I'm not here to talk. I'm here to buy the vehicle I want. I just sold it this morning on my front lawn in Madison NH for $4000 cash after being told YESTERDAY that it is only worth $500 in trade and then your sales team tacked on $500 to the asking price of the Toyota Sienna. This place is a con. BAD BUISNESS. So me and my 17,000 followers are gonna boycott you for wasting my time and my childrens Saturday afternoon. More

We were told the cash price listed is if you secure financing (which seemed strange). If this dealership had a vehicle we were interested in purchasing in the future we would probably come back. More
