Let me start with the fact that we bought two cars from this dealership. They seemed alright and since I was paying for the vehicles, not leasing or financing, they gave me an alright deal. After purchasing the vehicles, we have been dealing mostly with the service department. The service department has recently been lowering its quality and friendliness. My wife had her tires swapped today and was notified that a junior mechanic put one tire on the wrong way (which is fine) and that she would have to wait an extra thirty minutes. When she came home, she complained about how sticky the steering wheel was and how the inside of the car looked "dirty". I went out and instantly saw a couple of grease handprints on the outside. I called the dealership and they said to bring it in. When I got there, the service manager on staff said that his boss told him to only fix the steering wheel and that I should go to a carwash to fix anything else. With the steering wheel wiped clean by my wife and I, the rest of the inside needed cleaning, of which, they refused. I went to a carwash and still saw the grease stains on the outside. Went back to the dealership and the service manager essentially told me to screw off. We are switching the dealership we are getting service from and are disappointed in the poor service. More

In August 2022, I purchased a 2022 Nissan Murano with the platinum package at Somersworth Nissan in Somersworth NH. I live in CT and my local Nissan dealer was not able to find this SUV for me, partly becaus platinum package at Somersworth Nissan in Somersworth NH. My purchase was necessary since my 2017 Nissan Murano was totaled when I was in an accident, which was not my fault. I was so thankful that I was not injured but I knew finding a new vehicle would be difficult. In August 2021, my son, who lives in Laconia NH, purchased his 2021 Rogue at Somersworth. Trevor Baker-Small was his salesperson and he had an excellent experience purchasing the Rogue. I was with him on the day of the purchase. Because of his positive experience with Somersworth Nissan I called the dealership to see if they could find the Nissan Murano I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with at Somersworth Nissan went above and beyond to find the SUV I wanted to purchase. I would like to compliment Dustin Martin, Shawn Turner, Connor Breeze and Jay Cuttle. Each contributed to making my purchase very easy, especially since I live in CT. Ethan Clark, the VP of Dealer Operations took the time to introduce himself to me and thank me for doing business with the dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, personable and professional.
