VP Ethan Clark is the biggest crook and liar. This dealership practices unethical used car lot tactics. Fixing state inspection related issues on used cars but ignoring or attempting to hide know This dealership practices unethical used car lot tactics. Fixing state inspection related issues on used cars but ignoring or attempting to hide known major issues. Bought a used 14 Frontier from them and purchased the useless $2000 AUL Extended warranty. 225 miles after purchase my garage condemns the rear end, drive belt and tensioner, and malfunction TPMS. My mechanic found suspiciously clean differential fluid in the rear end. AUL denied my mechanics claim. I contacted Ethan and after some heated words he agreed to bring truck back and replace rear end and inspect other items. They refused to change belt or tensioner claimed fine. A cracked, glazed, slipping belt is NOT fine! Jason the Service manager told me the TPMS just needed to be reinitialized when in fact the mechanic disconnected it. Tampering or disconnecting a TPMS by a garage is illegal. 35 years buying cars. Worst mistake ever. If you do find yourself on there lot? Look at new or take the used vehicle to a shop for inspection before buying. This is a shady dealership. Think about it. They only back there used cars with a 50/50 warranty. It's in their interest to overlook problems on vehicles selling the problem to customers then gaining service work even if only at 50%. Then they don't even stand on there own at 50% they still try to get the customer warranty to make these repairs in the 30 day period. In my case AUL gave them a $1000 assist. Bogus. Ethan Clark is a snake in the grass snake oil salesman. He will say things then deny saying them. Agreed to things then change agreements. He's a crook. Watch yourselves people. Avoid Somersworth Nissan/Hyundai. More

Then came Michael Dileo with all the paperwork in which he had already prepared before I left Maryland and all was left to do was explain what l was reading and sign for my new Nissan Armada Platinum ...I want to thank everyone involved in this experience because buying a vehicle can be stressful and will mostly likely be the second biggest purchase you will make next to a new home so Thank you guys l appreciate you all.....
